Every business needs good customer service to be effective when it comes to making money. I wrote you some tips here how you can improve your customer service and make your work place better.
No matter what company you are running your workers and yourself needs excellent customer service. You should always speak the truth to your customer and look them in the eye while talking. Try to focus only on the customer and his/her needs. You also have to try help the customer as best as you can and fast as you can, customer don’t like being transferred to 10 different people before someone can answer them. This is lack of knowledge about your company and it needs to be improved. You have to know who knows the answers to from your customer if you don’t know them yourself.
You should also offer excellent service for your customer. Treat them like you treat your friends and talk nice to them while still being professional. Be the icebreaker and the leader of the conversation so the customer feels safe and not dumb. You have to know how and when to end a conversation I meet too many people each day who really don’t know these kind of things. The last thing I want to say is that the customer is always right and is he says your service stinks it probably does. You wont find more honest people then the customer you deal with everyday.
