Tips for making sales





It is extremely easy to waste you time when you try to sell stuff for a customer. There are in fact many tips you can apply which will not only save you a huge amount of effort but will also speed up your sale rate. Here are a few of my tips.

1.Do not talk like a typical sales person because then people will know that you only try to sell them some stuff they never wanted in the first place.

2.Sell only to persons who is really willing to buy, I mean you have to target persons that are interested in your niche. Don’t ask a 90 year old lady that has only 3 more days to live to buy a new computer. Try to target your traffic as best as you can if you however are a phone salesman this is not so easy but it is easy to read the person you talk to if he is interested or not.

3. This tip is classic and it goes like this “Don’t sell the product, sell yourself”. What I mean by this is that you have to make people like you. I don’t tell you to be totally fake here but be funny make the laugh do whatever it takes to make them like you and greet you next time they see you.

4.Be trustworthy. If your customers don’t trust you they will continue to dig and ask you question after question. To make them trust you there is only one way to go and that is honesty. This is why you should not sell junk stuff that falls apart only by looking at it. Simply because you have to be honest about your products and tell your customers what they will get and what they won’t get. This keeps them from asking tons of questions you really don’t want to waste your time answering.
