You spend 15 days a year checking email cut it out

Do you know how much time you actually waste on email every day? I did I spend 1 hour each day on emails. That comes to 15 days a year I spend just for checking emails.
Do you really want to spend a month in 2 years checking emails while you can do something else?

First of all I think you should use Gmail in my experience it has the best spam filter among the 3 big once. It also has the biggest space and it have many more functions.
The filter they have is very easy to use and you should always try to create as many filters as you can sort your emails away are a good thing not to waste time with them.

Now you can check your email in Gmail or with a Pop program like Eudora or Outlook or you can log in as normal. Since Gmail already filter your spam away for you there is little spam left for you to delete. You will also save time when your internet is slow to log in the download for emails will run in the background.

Do not set the POP 3 program to check the email every hour I did that mistake tell it to check once a day or one time when you come to the office and 2 hours before you go home. If you check all the time you will lose hours of answer emails and be distracted from your normal work.
Rember to have a few Gmails and use them according to your needs

1 for Social like Facebook
1 for newsletter and ezines
1 for private or maybe 2 for very private
1 for people you think will spam you

You download them all to your computer with Gmail you don’t have to log in to every one of them.
