An endorsement letter used to turn over a piece of document to another channel of a business institution is considered a type of business letter because it serves as a proof that it follows the right protocol of the said document.  This is also a legal document proving that the sender of the endorsement letter has done its legal jobs and responsibilities as an employee in a certain business establishment.

Sometimes this endorsement letter is a ready made form to be filled up by authorized personnel and to be hand over or via registered mail to another authorized channel up to the procurement of the said machines.

Endorsement letter as type of business letter proves many things.  First and foremost to be observed, the employees are following the proper protocol in the organization.  This is actually one of the best ways for a business institution to become successful in the market.  If there are people who do not follow the right protocol, this will create unfavorable experiences that might hamper or stop the operation of the business itself.

This type of business letter will be used also in the future as the need arises.  It will serve as a legal document in any court proceedings if there are unfavorable occurrences resulting to a dismissal of a key personnel in the organization.
